🌿 Swedish Massage Course
Build Your Skills in Swedish Massage
Join HCTI’s Swedish Massage training course and learn essential techniques from experienced instructors. With a strong hands‑on approach, our program equips beginners with the confidence and practical skills needed to advance toward a rewarding career in massage therapy.

💆 On‑Site Massage Course
This interactive course focuses on efficient techniques tailored for short sessions in high‑demand environments. Through hands‑on practice, you’ll learn effective massage methods and gain the confidence to deliver soothing, rejuvenating experiences in workplaces, festivals, and private events.

Aromatherapy Massage Course
Discover the healing power of essential oils combined with massage techniques. This interactive course teaches you how to blend and apply aromatherapy safely and effectively, enhancing relaxation, reducing stress, and supporting overall wellness. Through hands‑on practice, you’ll gain the confidence to deliver rejuvenating experiences in both professional and community settings.

🏅 Event Sports Massage Training Course
Learn specialized techniques designed for athletes and active individuals in high‑demand environments. This course focuses on practical, efficient methods to support recovery, reduce muscle fatigue, and enhance performance during sporting events and community activities. Through hands‑on training, you’ll gain the confidence to deliver effective sports massage at competitions, festivals, and private events.
Prerequisite: Swedish Massage
Hands on Learning
Students engage in hands-on practice to refine their skills, learning how to assess and address different physical issues through therapeutic touch.
Admission Policy
Persons 17 years or older
Applicants are required to be nationals of Trinidad and Tobago or a resident of
CARICOM in good health, demonstrating decency of character and in good
standing with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago
Course duration: Twelve (12) weeks
- 2 hours per theoretical session
- 2 hours per practical session (3 hrs Swedish massage)
- 4 instructors per course

- Application of anatomy & physiology to massage therapy.
- Preparation, etiquette and equipment of massage therapy.
- Massage mechanics in the varied disciplines
- Theoretical & practical assessment.

- HCTI Certificate
- CVQ regional unit qualification
